This well-planned community of scenic trails, spectacular community events, and breathtaking views is synonymous with Minnesota’s shimmering lakes and green spaces. The neighbors are friendly, and schools offer a supportive environment where your child can thrive.
Buyers have an excellent selection of single-family homes, townhomes and condos to choose from. Popular architectural styles include Bungalow, Ranch and Cape Cod. With homes in high demand, developers are rushing to add new residential units to the housing stock.
- Falcon Heights

Land area: 2.23 square miles

Located eight miles east of Minneapolis, Falcon Heights is close to big city amenities and places where high-profile events are held like the Minnesota State Fair, which draws roughly two million visitors a year.
Residents, however, don’t need to stray far from home to enjoy themselves – there are four well-maintained parks in the community where you can go for a walk or play your favorite sport.

- Linden Hills

Land area: 1.393 square miles
When people mention Linden Hills, the image of rolling hills and small neighborhood shops and eateries come to mind. This compact neighborhood is home to some of the hottest restaurants in Minnesota like Tilia, Lake Harriet Brasserie and Bread & Pickle.
Nestled between gleaming Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun, Linden Hills is one of the most pedestrian-friendly communities in Twin Cities. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Mall of America and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

- Lowry Hill

Land area: .622 square miles
Named for Thomas Lowry, one of the community’s first residents and developers, Lowry Hill can be found just two miles west of Downtown Minneapolis. Highlights include Thomas Lowry Park, Parade Stadium, Parade Ice Garden, and Walker Art Center and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
